Some other web companies have extensive diagrams of their process, workflow etc. We don't feel like we have to impress you with complex processes and systems because firstly, our process is simple, and secondly, we don't believe that one size fits all.
We meet with you to find out what you want. We'll suggest things that you may not have thought of and you can accept or reject them as you see fit. What every single one of you wants is going to be different, and we don't pretend to know what that is in advance.
After we meet with you, we'll go over our notes, and we'll send you an email summarising the main points of the meeting. We might ask for clarification of some points or you might have further questions that you want to ask us. With that out of the way, we'll come up with a process to go forward with that suits everyone.
